Technical resources will be responsible for a wide range of technical operations including:

• Networking & Firewall Management
• Virtual and Physical Server Deployment
• Office 365 Security and Management
• VoIP Phone Deployment  and Management
• Software Configuration
• Physical Cabling
• IT Troubleshooting
• Cybersecurity Acumen

We have technical resources in both help desk and field positions with some moving between based on workload.
