Assistant with Service Delivery Coordinator/General Office Assisting

Assisting our Service Delivery Coordinator, the Service Delivery Coordinator is a key part of our company. In most cases, you are the first contact the client has with our company. Answering phone calls and work with our clients, by taking down the adequate information needed for a Help Desk Technician to be able to assess the issue the client may be having. Making sure tickets entered and issued to an available Technician in a timely fashion.

Duties Consist Of:

· Answering Incoming Calls

· Connecting Live Calls to Technicians

· Managing Call Queue

· Managing Help Desks Metrics, Goals, Time Keeper

· Dispatch Scheduling/Ticket Assignment

· Monitoring Ticket/Tasks that are overdue

· Making Follow up Calls/Communication With Clients

· Attending Bi-weekly Help Desk Meetings/Company Month End Meetings

· Completing and Reviewing Tickets

Other General Assisting

· Assisting with Auditing of Solution Stack

· Assisting with Recurring Contract Changes and Creation

· Adding Charges to Tickets if needed

· Creating Quotes when Purchasing Manager is out of Office

· Assist with receiving Packages/Deliveries

· Auto Task Software CRM Cleanup

· Assist with Inventory, Car Inventory, Vehicle Inspections

· Help Maintain an organized and cleanly shipping/receiving/onboarding area
