Technician. The addition of Smith is part of the continued efforts by the BIS Technology Group to offer its clients elite and extensive service, products and results.
Smith has been working in the field of computer technology since the days of the floppy disk and has worked as a specialist in the field of computer repair since the early 2000’s.
“Growing up, I was always the only one who knew how to set the clock on the VCR. So naturally, IT was a natural fit in my future,” Smith said with a laugh.
Smith said he has worked in several large corporate settings, but that the individual attention and communication BIS gives to its clients is what grabbed his interest.
“I’ve worked for several large corporations, and really didn’t care for the culture. I was very impressed and found a lot of appeal in how BIS really knows and attends to its clients as individuals. There is a very genuine relationship there,” Smith said.
“Jordan has the experience and approach to the client that we emphasize here at BIS. We strive to be client advocates, and Jordan recognized and related to that. He liked that when a customer has a problem, it’s not going to be the next available agent that helps them, it’s going to be Jordan. He’ll know them and they will know him,” Long said.
